Before her role as head of Commodities, Americas, Catherine was the CMO of J. Morgan, and before that she was the head of the commodities business at J.
Morgan for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition, she has acted as global head of J. Morgan's commodity finance business, head of global commodities marketing and structuring, and co-head of the energy trading and marketing business. Catherine was nominated as the 'Most Influential Woman in European Investment Banking' in 2011 and 2012, winning that award in 2012.
She was recognized as one of the '100 Most Influential Women in European Financial Markets' in 2010 and 2011. A long-time champion of diversity, Catherine has served on the Investment Banking Inclusive Leadership Council as well as on the J.

I started reading some books about the Global Financial Crisis, and realized I did not understand enough about the finance industry.
